Some suggestions, with the ability to customize

As a first step, we are happy to put an NDA in place. We can use ours (here) or yours.

Projects - Projects that will take more than 50 hours are priced at $200/hour. For projects less than 50 hours, the rate is $250/hour.

General Marketing/Sales support - this assumes we will be working together for a period of time, initially 3 months. Typical elements would be to review the market, look at strategy, competitive assessment, develop sales support pieces, advertisements, marketing support of website structure -  whatever needs doing. This is priced at $5000/month for 20 hours per month.

Fixed programs - Workshops are priced between $8,000 - $12,000. The main factors are the number of days onsite or online, assuming about 5-7 participants. This can be expanded into a full Marketing and Sales Review (if you like).
